purpose of position: to provide active process engineering support to material process manager in material workshop, including wire, tubing, shapesetting, etc. to improve the company’s manufacturing processes and achieve the best result for sales

work responsibilities:

工作责任:

1. responsible for process improvements, including capability, capacity, efficiency, and quality improvements;

负责工艺改善，包括能力、产量、效率和质量方面的改善；

2. responsible for giving process support to production and for investigating and solving process problems;

负责给生产提供工艺方面的支持，负责调查和解决工艺问题；

3. develop processes & parameters for new products both prior to and in preparation for process and equipment validation;

4. develop processes for cost-reduction goals;

5. be responsible for planning and selection of equipment, fixture, tools and spare parts.

6. trains and calibrates operators/technician in the company’s manufacturing processes and procedures
